QUALITY ASSURANCE

Our firm has a well established quality control program. Staff operate under the supervision of a partner or manager. All of our review and audit engagements are subject to a second review of the working papers and financial statements. The firm's Accounting and Auditing Committee monitors and updates our accounting and auditing procedures to ensure that they adhere to the standards of the firm and of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA). The firm's Tax Committee monitors current tax developments and legislative changes.
